Assalamualaikum,
As I’m writing this early Friday morning (technically), I’m worn out, tired, exhausted. More than that though, I’m anxious, excited, feel a weird sense of peace at heart. =)
Today was my mehndi/henna/holud/bachelorette party. It was awesome. Alhumdulillah, I got to do whatever I wanted and everyone had a blast. It felt so unreal. Who would have though I’d be doing my henna party so soon. I would have never thought that I would be in this position had you asked me a few months ago but by the grace of Allah (swt), I’ve been placed in this situtation. I was the bride-to-be.
There was a lot of eating, laughing, some tears, embarassing moments, shocking moments, dancing, partying, reminiscing, planning, day dreaming, grilling with questions, talking etcetera. All in all, it was a perfect time with friends and family who truly cared to be there and in fact, helped pull everything together. Had it not been for everyone, God knows how lame it would be. SUbhanallah, the place looked gorgeous too. Lookit:

Tomorrow is another big day inshAllah so I must get some sleep. =) Myheart is content, alhumdulillah. Anyway, til next time.. I bid thee farewell. A la prochaine!
peace,
Fuzzy

Terrible. Very creepy and weird and gross but terrible. No proper storyline whatsoever. You could tell it was from a video game. Some of the scenes from the movie were….*shudders* still creeps me out.

Assalamualaikum people and the rest,
I recently got the Nasheed album of Zain Bhikha called “Mountains of Makkah”. One song has a line that I like and that goes like this:
O Mountains of Makkah, How was the dawn?
On the day that my Prophet Muhammad was born?
It’s beautiful. =)
In other news, I went to do a makeup trial thing this morning and my GOD! — I looked like a porcelain doll but the lady ensured me that it’s normal and that once I’m all decked out with my wedding gear, I wouldn’t feel so awkward… She better be right.
The countdown has officially begun. InshAllah, 12 more days till my title changes from Miss to Mrs. Whoah. I hope I don’t get an anxiety attack or anything of that sort. Make dua’ =)
pEACe,
Fuzzy
