Achar – pickles… brown style with the spices and the works.
Recently I was invited to a group on Facebook called ‘Achar Addicts Anonymous’. This group truly reflects my love and undying obsession with achar. I love achar. My favourites include: nagano moris, tamarind, mango, chili… the list continues.
I love achar so much so that I even wrote a poem:
achar makes me
happy.
achar makes me
smile.
achar make my fingers stink,
for a little while.
